The Die casting division
established in 1990 in
Bangalore, began as a
captive unit manufacturing high
precision
aluminium castings and has grown into a
top-
line industry offering a wide range
of Pressure die
casting part in aluminium and
zinc alloys, The division
is based in
Bangalore and is equipped with latest
technology in high Pressure Die Casting
process for a capacity of 1200 Metric
Tonnes per annum.
 The plant has
capability to produce Pressure Die
Castings in the
weight range of 4gms to 5Kg in
aluminium and up to 15
kgs in zinc. Additionally
these facilities are
supported by the company's
allied capabilities in
product design and develo-
-pment, machining and
assembly and Tool building.
Thus,providing a robust foundation to the
company's intent of providing
DIE-CASTING SOLUTIONS for the
industry's
needs.
